Information we collect

Your phone number, messages you send to Mue by SMS or WhatsApp, account details, and any services you choose to connect (such as Gmail). We also store memories Mue saves to help you.

How we use it

To verify your identity, run your personal assistant, reply to your messages, send one-time codes, and provide account notifications you request.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share data only with service providers needed to deliver messages (such as our SMS carrier partners).

Messaging terms

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email support@muetext.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to your account. Passwords and keys are never shared with the AI.
